Going into the fall season, this was the new show I was most excited about. Why? I have no idea. But let me tell you, blog fans, I was right. First of all, the girl who plays Megan is just adorable. Relatable. . .a little Seth Cohenesque.
So anyway, back to the basic plot. Megan has job at tabloid, wants promotion. Megan accidentally sets NYC apartment on fire, doesn't get promotion (actually, loses job). Old boss helps her land a new job with a billionaire grandmother who wants to get her twin granddaughters to get into Duke (seriously, Duke? You know what's closer? Wash U!), so she hires Megan as a tutor. The girls sleep in the same room, despite living in a huge house. One is kinda bitchy, the other is kinda nice.
Of course there's a sassy cook who is gonna be her gbf (gay best friend). She pisses off the bitchy twin, who tries to get her fired. Megan tells her off in front of grandma and gets a 6 month contract (ok, so does that mean this show can't be canceled until February?). She makes it clear that she's still gonna be a huge bitch, AND make her life hell. awesome.
Best scene: A kid screaming to Megan that he can see her “Va-Jay-Jay” when she goes down the fire escape.
